Skills and Experience

  • Currently undertaking or a completed Certificate in Business Administration (desirable)
  • Experience working in a professional services reception role
  • Proven organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Competent numeracy skills
  • High level written, oral and interpersonal communication skills

About the Role

Do you excel in delivering great client service and thrive in a fast paced environment? Prosperity Advisers have an exciting opportunity for you as a Receptionist with our Sydney office team.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills, polished phone etiquette, and friendly manner in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook are essential as is a can-do attitude.

With your strong values and ethics and the ability to communicate at all levels, you will play an integral role with our clients and within the team. Being a self-starter, your drive to exceed clients' expectations sees you thrive on playing a key role in the client relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting clients and guests
  • Answering and directing all incoming calls
  • Liaising and providing support for internal clients
  • Incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organising internal and external client functions
  • Preparation of documents and email correspondence
  • Ordering and stock control
  • Scanning and filing
  • Other reception and administration duties as required

You will be based in a modern office overlooking Darling Harbour in the heart of Sydney CBD.
