About the Role
Do you excel in delivering great client service and thrive in a fast paced environment? Prosperity Advisers have an exciting opportunity for you as a Receptionist with our Sydney office team.
To be successful in this role you will have excellent interpersonal skills, polished phone etiquette, and friendly manner in a fast-paced environment. Intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook are essential as is a can-do attitude.
With your strong values and ethics and the ability to communicate at all levels, you will play an integral role with our clients and within the team. Being a self-starter, your drive to exceed clients' expectations sees you thrive on playing a key role in the client relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting clients and guests
- Answering and directing all incoming calls
- Liaising and providing support for internal clients
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Organising internal and external client functions
- Preparation of documents and email correspondence
- Ordering and stock control
- Scanning and filing
- Other reception and administration duties as required
