Maitland Central Podiatry and Beiers Rehabilitation Services.
We are located at East Maitland on the New England Hwy.
Business has been going since 2011. We are primarily a Podiatry practice, running 2 rooms a day and some home visits service. Clients are on 1/2 hr appointments. Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. No weekends. We do all types of lower leg and foot care, including General treatment, orthotics, Diabetic assessment and minor nail surgery. A medical specialist also works here one 1/2 day a month.
Qualifications & experience
- Experienced receptionist in health fields preferred. This is primarily an allied health practice. Typing and Basic Computer skills required. Familiarity with Hicaps billing and Medical software "Cliniko” beneficial, as well as “Medical Objects” (Not essential). Good communication skills With elderly clients helpful.
Tasks & responsibilities
Front desk receptionist
- required to greet clients
- answer phone and book in and confirm appointments
- scan and send documents
- filing
- billing and receipting
- assist with autoclaving ( this is easily taught).
