We're on the lookout for a superstar to join us as our Receptionist, an integral role to the ongoing success of Thomas More College. The role works full-time hours across 42 weeks a year.
Working as part of the front office team, the Receptionist’s key role is to consistently provide high quality, confidential, accurate and timely administrative and operational support to the visitors and staff of the College. The role will include:
- Ensuring that the initial contact with the College is welcoming for all parents, students and visitors and assisting them with their enquiries.
- Support the Executive Team, key personnel and general staff with word processing and other administrative tasks.
- Assist in the delivery of messages for students, or about students to relevant staff.
- Collate orders and maintain office, stationery, and general supplies for staff usage.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience and comfortability in fast-paced office environments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with a variety of databases.
- Outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills.
