With ongoing training and support, we are looking for a motivated Receptionist to join our team on a full time basis! The role is to work 5 days (between Monday to Friday) and the hours are from 8am – 5pm. We are conveniently located on Sandy Bay Rd where there is access to public transport via various bus routes or free street parking just around the corner!
The Heart of the Role:
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner
What you'll bring:
- Ability to keep calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience highly regarded but not essential
- Personable, positive, and enthusiastic with a great customer focus
- Efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Strong communication and organisation skills
