We are actively seeking an enthusiastic receptionist for our Taree office who would like to become part of our friendly team in the busy 2024 Tax Season.
Must have:
- at least 1 year experience in reception and customer service
- be presentable and punctual
- be able to multi task in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
- high attention to detail
- confident and polite phone manner
Key functions of the Role:
- being the first point of contact for all clients; both in person or over the phone
- making appointments
- administrative duties such as scanning, filing etc.
- processing client payments
- responding to client enquires
The position commences 1st July 2024 and is for approximately 16 weeks, Monday to Friday - 9am- 5pm.
The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, work well under pressure and display a high degree of reliability.
