TRS Resourcing has been tasked with finding a suitable and experienced Receptionist for our client's day shift in Dandenong South.
This position is within a Truck-body manufacturing company; knowledge or interest in the blue-collar sector is highly favourable. You will be responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls, performing data entry and basic admin duties.
Pay: $40.00 per hour + Super
Duration: Full-time contract temp to perm
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Experience with MYOB or accounting software is favourable
• Data Entry
• Front desk management
• Experience using Excel spreadsheet
• Assisting with preparing job files
• Handling of incoming and outgoing mail
• Good time management

To be considered for this position, you must be able to provide the following:

• Reference contact details of two past employers
• Based already in Melbourne, Victoria
• Have the right to work in Australia
• Experience with MYOB Software (Desirable)
