Azure Minerals Limited is a highly successful Western Australian mineral company currently accelerating development of our high-grade lithium and nickel assets at the Andover Project. Led by a proven and well-credentialled technical and management team we are focused on developing this world class project into long-term sustainable operations.
Our team is rapidly expanding and as part of that growth we are now looking for a receptionist for our West Perth office. Reporting to the Finance and Operations administrator this role will play an essential role in optimising administration efficiency and providing a high-quality service experience for internal and external stakeholders.
The Role:
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting calls as required
- Meet and greet all visitors, guests, staff, and tradespeople
- Coordinate/action all building management issues
- Monitor and maintain all staff amenities and office/kitchen supplies
- General administrative duties
- Support People and Culture with onboarding requirements for new starters
Requirements:
- 1 year + of reception experience
- Exceptional customer service focus in everything you do
- Excellent written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, startup environment
- Highly developed IT skills including Microsoft office suite
- Can do attitude, showing flexibility in supporting the team
- Cert III in Business Administration, highly regarded
