Key Responsibilities
Your main duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answering phone and email enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate department and key personnel
- Managing incoming parcels and deliveries
- Welcoming guests
- Assiting departments with administration duties
- General office and reception duties
What you will possess
To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:
- Previous reception/administration experience
- Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Positive can-do attitude
