You will be an integral part of our specialist team, managing a bustling reception area under the guidance of the Reception Coordinator.

The position is part-time, with a preference for working three days per week, Monday to Friday, during office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting patients upon their arrival
• Responding to telephone queries as required
• Processing payments and managing patient accounts
• Organising patient appointments, accounts, and records
• Ensuring all procedures are adhered to correctly
• Overseeing the recall system

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:

• Exceptional organisational and communication skills
• A professional demeanour
• A caring and patient-focused attitude, with an emphasis on delivering service and personalised care
• Preferably some understanding of the dental industry, although this is not essential
• Competency in computer use, with experience in dental software packages seen as highly advantageous
