We are seeking a professional Receptionist to join our client's team immediately.
Position Overview
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of our institution, providing an exceptional front-of-house experience for clients, team members, and visitors.
Your role is critical in forming a positive first impression and delivering a professional, friendly, and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, team members, and visitors with professionalism and friendliness.
- Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns efficiently, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate service lines accurately.
- Maintain a high standard of Customer Service and professionalism at all times.
Role Details
- Employment Type: Casual
- Shifts: Morning and afternoon shifts available, 4 - 4.5 hours per shift, Monday to Friday, between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
- Availability: Ideally, candidates should be available for 3 - 4 shifts per week.
- Pay Rate: $30.10 per hour including casual loading, plus 11% superannuation (You will be eligible for any fair work and superannuation increase as legislated by the government effective in the new Financial year).

Candidate Requirements
- Experience as a Receptionist or Administrator with strong Customer Service skills.
- Ability to interact with a diverse range of visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Must be an Australian Citizen and able to pass a National Police Check.
- Availability for a face-to-face interview at the Hoban Canberra Office, followed by a meeting with our client on site if successful.
