Receptionist/Admin For Panel Shop

We are looking for a Full-time or Part time Receptionist for our busy, family owned Panel Shop in Hoppers Crossing

This full-time position is for a motivated, well spoken, friendly person who has some experience in a fast paced Panel Shop or automotive industry.

You MUST have some experience and knowledge of the car Insurance industry and Panel Shop administration procedures. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and adapt to change and enjoy a fast paced environment. You must be well presented, punctual and reliable.

Duties will include:

Answering phone calls

Booking jobs

Filing

General cleaning of office

Making calls to clients and updating them on their repairs

Following up authorities with insurance companies

Assisting customers with their queries over the phone and face to face

You will be assisting in the receiving and departure of vehicles.

This is a full time position after the probation period

Hours are Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.30pm
