The Receptionist / Admin Support is responsible for providing reception and clerical support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
Responsibilities & duties:
- Answering the phone and office emails
- Deal with any queries either in person, via phone, email and general correspondence in a professional manner
- Meet and greet clients / visitors
- General administrative support
- Ordering of stationary and filling
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
The successful applicant will be trained in all facets of the Real Estate Industry.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Computer Literate
- Excellent telephone manner
- Attention to detail
