Our client is a highly regarded boutique public accounting firm. You will be an Administration / Receptionist all-rounder and able to work with the team to coordinate daily operations within the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel within the firm.
- Handle client queries, payment arrangements, and tax lodgements with the ATO.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks essential to the firm's operations.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes, promoting efficiency across the organization.
- Ensuring the office remains clean and tidy, including general upkeep of rooms and operating the dishwasher as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an admin assistant working within a public accounting firm.
- Knowledge of accounting terms, principles, and practices.
- Excellent organisational, implementation, and customer service skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software and technology.
- Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
