We seek a confident, well presented person with excellent communication skills to fulfil this front desk reception role.
You will enjoy providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients, have an excellent telephone manner, a positive enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
We offer a variety of admin duties with the role whilst working within the friendly, experienced administration team who support our practice and professional staff.
Essential to the role are good oral and written communication skills, computer literacy and proficient Microsoft Office. Previous industry experience with MYOBAE or Xero Practice Manager will be highly regarded.
We offer full time hours working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm.
