Position Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate contact.
- Print and bind documents as needed.
- Respond to vendor information requests and ensure timely delivery of information.
- Organise and set up events and catering.
- Provide general assistance to the admin team as required.
- Handle ad hoc tasks such as mail runs, catering pick-up, and urgent requests.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- 2-4 years experience undertaking a similar role is essential
- Ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Experience with Project Management and Accounting software an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to provide assistance with other administrative duties
- Valid Driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
