About us:
North Shore Radiology is a busy, state-of-the-art multi-modality radiology practice which prides itself in providing excellence in patient care.
Our Practice is continuing to grow and we are seeking additional full-time administration staff members who are able to work a variety of shifts across our 3 locations in St Leonards and Lane Cove, to join our large and friendly team.
The role:
- Greeting and registering patients for their procedures
- Patient billing and receipting
- Scheduling patient bookings and fielding enquiries
- Interaction with patients and doctors
- Providing administrative support as required
Skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and welcoming demeanor, with a service-orientated and empathetic attitude
- The ability to work individually and as part of a team in a busy, often hectic work environment, whilst maintaining a high level of patient focus
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands
- A high level of computer literacy with previous data entry experience
- An ability to multi-task and efficiently respond to changing priorities
- High level of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- A positive work ethic with a proactive attitude
- Fully Covid-19 vaccinated
