About the role:
We are seeking a Full-time organised and professional Admin/Receptionist to join our team for immediate start.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling administrative duties, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Your Role will include key responsibilities such as:
- Administration support to Senior Staff
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Greet and assist clients and visitors
- Assisting with client queries
- Coordinate office correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist with filing and data entry
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Skills and experience:
- Confident knowledge of the Microsoft Office
- A collaborative approach to teamwork and office procedures
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Able to show attention to detail with grammar, both written and oral
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Have strong personal values with a friendly and welcoming nature
- Professional presentation
- Willingness to learn
- Experience in the Building industry is a plus
You may not be experienced in all of these roles and we are willing to train you, therefore your strong willingness to learn will be an advantage.
This is a full time position with immediate start
