Frankston Jeep, Ram, LDV and GWM seek a full time Receptionist Administrator to continue our excellent customer service and engagement.
The successful candidate will be immaculately presented and personally groomed to the highest standards as they will be the first point of contact for all our customers.
Your primary role is ensuring customer satisfaction whilst assisting the administration function of the business
You will possess strong communication skills, and telephone technique. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Sound accounts knowledge would be desirable along with a general understanding of the VicRoads Administration Platform
Basic knowledge of the Pentana DMS computer system would also be desirable
