We are seeking a fulltime, experienced Medical Administrator | Receptionist to join their clinic in Richmond, VIC.

The Role:
- Attend to calls/emails
- Schedule patient appointments
- Upkeep and management of patient records
- Payment processing via EFTPOS, Bank Transfer, Private Health and Medicare.
- Maintain office inventory and medical equipment
- Liaise with Doctors and Medical staff to organise and confirm appointments
- General adhoc duties
Key Requirements:
- Ideally 2+ years experience as a Medical Receptionist | Administrator
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Available to work fulltime Monday-Friday
- Ability to multi-task and work well independently and as part of a team
