We are seeking a fulltime, experienced Medical Administrator | Receptionist to join their clinic in Richmond, VIC.

The Role:

• Attend to calls/emails
• Schedule patient appointments
• Upkeep and management of patient records
• Payment processing via EFTPOS, Bank Transfer, Private Health and Medicare.
• Maintain office inventory and medical equipment
• Liaise with Doctors and Medical staff to organise and confirm appointments
• General adhoc duties
   

Key Requirements:

• Ideally 2+ years experience as a Medical Receptionist | Administrator 
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Available to work fulltime Monday-Friday
• Ability to multi-task and work well independently and as part of a team
