We are looking for friendly, hardworking, patient focused individual/s to join our small, busy administration/reception team 32 hours a week for an immediate start.
Primary duties include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling appointments,
- Billing, receipting, and invoicing accounts and consultations
- First point of contact and handling of patients and incoming enquiries, such as phones, face to face, and electronic communications,
- Processing and managing; forms, documents, requests, correspondence, and files,
- General office and administration duties,
- Customer service
- Demonstrate and provide high levels of professional care to the patients, families, doctors, staff, the business, and other allied health services, and providers.
Successful applicants must have:
- Sound communication, time management and customer service skills,
- Ability to multitask in, at times a demanding environment.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills,
- A willingness and ability to learn new skills and industry specific computer programs
- Have an understanding of and exercise confidentiality.
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
