Trainee Receptionist/Administrator

Position Responsibilities

• Handle all mail, including preparation of all letters
• Meet and greet clients
• Answering Telephone calls and handling messages
• Scanning, photocopying and filing of all paper and electronic documents
• Maintain a client database including additions, deletions and changes needed
• Dealing with client tax office correspondence
• All other reception duties

Competencies

• Demonstrated interest in pursuit of following an administration career with a genuine interest in business activities
• Excellent work ethic and attitude
• Confident enough to develop client relationships and build rapport with staff and clients

Position Experience

• Training will be provided and you will be encouraged to underatake a Cert 3 or Cert 4 in Business Administration
