Receptionist/Administrator For Accounting Firm
Opportunity for an experienced Receptionist with a positive and proactive attitude to join a great team, in one of the premier accounting firms in Shepparton. You will have the opportunity to be a part of an extremely successful team who are all hard working and dedicated.
Role
- Will be the first responsible team member for incoming calls
- Manage overflow calls with 4 other team members
- Field incoming calls and take messages as required
- Scheduling appointments for 7 accounting staff members
- Greeting clients
- Maintaining client database information (Xero)
- Email and Phone enquiries
- Administrative tasks
- Processing incoming and arranging outgoing mail
- Printing and binding as required
- Arranging the collection of client information
- Maintaining the reception area
- Ad hoc tasks

The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a receptionist
- Accounting firm experience is not required, however, experience in professional services would be an advantage
- Able to work well under pressure
- Multi-task and manage peak incoming call periods
- Have a confident and proactive attitude
- Have good computer skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Possess the necessary skills to work as part of a team and be able to work independently when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive material
