We're looking for a dynamic and organized individual to fill the role of Reception/Administration at our reputable plumbing company based in Byron Bay. If you're passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a knack for multitasking, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and booking jobs
- Recording leads and managing the schedule on ServiceM8
- Email management and quote follow-up
- Handling work orders and web inquiries
- Liaising with support personnel for after-hours calls
- Making customer service calls and sending emails to clients post-job completion
- Ensuring payments are collected and managing outstanding payments up to 30 days
- Posting on Birdeye and creating quarterly newsletters via Mailchimp
- Maintaining the client database and warming up lost leads
- Managing incoming deliveries and updating jobs with delivered parts
- Providing general office support, including filing and tidying
- Engaging with potential hires on Facebook and preparing for toolbox talks and meetings
- Updating the team on monthly progress, managing celebrations, and assisting with HR paperwork
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using ServiceM8, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, and Xero
- Experience in customer service and administration
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
