Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests, and responding to queries via phone and email
- Maintaining stock of stationary and other office supplies
- Organising social and office events
- Providing support to directors
- Managing flight/hotel bookings
- Ad hoc admin tasks as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders
- Immaculately presented
- Driving and having a car is beneficial as public transport is not very accessible
