Description
Harrington Estates is seeking a motivated, hard-working, and personable individual to join their team as a receptionist/administration assistant The Permanent Part-time position will consist of 4-5 days a week with the ability to work weekends. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a Receptionist/Office administration role and understand the need for a flexible approach.
The role requires a high degree of collaboration and as such the candidate will work well with others and must be team focused. The candidate will have very good communication skills and be highly personable. They will also need to be adaptable and happy to take on a varied range of tasks within this role.

Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to):
- General office administration
- Ensuring office supplies are provided
- Assisting with visitor enquiries
- Arranging meetings for the senior management team
- Greeting guests
- Liaising with clients
- Answering the office phones
- Filing and general assistance to the sales manager and other staff as needed
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Previous office administration experience or,
- Previous receptionist experience
- Customer service and client relation skills
Whilst experience in the land development or property sectors would be beneficial, it is not required.
