Form of workWe are seeking a full time Receptionist/Office Junior to join our growing team. No experience necessary and a great opportunity to build a career in the legal industry. Position commences in 2024.
Your duties will include:
- Meet and greet clients and other stakeholders
- Meeting room management and maintenance
- Telephone switch
- File management
- Creating client files
- Word processing
- Outgoing and incoming mail
- General administration support

- Good typing skills (minimum 65 wpm) with a high accuracy
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, organised and efficient
