The Role:
Cater Care is looking for a sociable and proactive Administration Assistant to join the team at the Office.
The role will be primarily reception work along with several general office administration tasks as listed below.
The ideal candidate is someone who loves customer service, works well as part of a team, and doesn't mind 'getting into the deep end' to help other team members when necessary.
Having previous experience in admin will be an advantage in familiarising yourself with the role as soon as possible.
Roster:- Monday to Friday (9:00am to 2:00pm)
What this role involves:
- All front office reception duties – meeting & greeting customers, answering telephone and distributing mail/deliveries
- General administration support to the Admin Team, State Manager, Operations Managers and other staff within a busy office
- Site Support: assisting admin in formatting seasonal/term/theme menus and theme calendars
- Organizing high volume of couriers as well as uniform ordering and distribution
- Data input for survey results and periodic stock-takes
- Printing and binding booklets
- Knowledge of Google software and Gmail
- Maintaining kitchen and stationery supplies
- Printing, scanning, filing and binding booklets as required
What we desire from you:
- 2 years of experience in an administration or receptionist role
- High attention to detail
- Strong and clear communication abilities (verbal and written)
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload is a must
- Fast and accurate typing (50+ words a minute)
- Reliable, punctual and work focused attitude
- Ability to work with a team
- Experience with Google Platform: Google Docs, Google Drive and Gmail an advantage
- A willingness to always try your best
