How will I help?
The Reconciliations Business Support Analyst will be part of the GTS and Payments WIB team. The Reconciliations Business Support analyst's responsibilities include supporting the business with the daily reconciliations and investigations process. Our Business Support analyst would need to monitor the support inbox, TLM (Transaction Lifecycle Management) SaaS platform and perform the admin tasks on the daily basis that is required to maintain the SLA's for reconciliation and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Check and action all TLMBS emails within 24hrs (1 business day).
- Check the Operator Intervention queue and ensure all feeds are accounted.
- Check the Lifecycle Status/Cash Breaks to ensure all required accounts are in proof.
- Check for any incorrect postings, liaise with team responsible for reversing the entry; ensure reversal entry is received into TLM SaaS.
- Update/Maintain on a SOP's at regular intervals.
- Process for maintenance of new and existing nostro accounts (Myriad).
- Monthly validation for Nostro Reconciliations (Existing Juno Control Process flow).
- Non-Reconciliation Bi-annual attestation.
- Address and action the Service Requests from Business (internal customers) sent to TLM Business Support Inbox.
- Investigate and Action the erroneous pages, unbalanced accounts, missing ledger, and statement entries.
- Maintain TLM SaaS platform users Distribution List
- Initiation of accounts/reconciliations.
- Manage manual inputs.
- Manage (create/modify/delete) - Complete Static set-up including Accounts, Investigation inboxes, BIC/SWIFT codes, email templates, TLM templates for investigations.
- SOX Audit review inputs
- Provide guidance and support to L2 and L3 tech support.

What do I need?
To be set up for success in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
- TLM SaaS - User experience on TLM View and WebConnect. (Minimum 5+ years)
- Fluent navigation on TLM Admin tasks as a Reconciler, Investigator and Supervisor.
- Microsoft applications (SharePoint, Project, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with “Agile Ways of Working”
