One of the Gold Coast's largest suppliers within the travel and tourism sector has created an opportunity for an accomplished Reconciliations Officer to join the team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for completing the Reconciliation function for the Accounts department. Core duties will include processing paperwork, reconciling documentation, investigating, and resolving, discrepancies in the reconciliation model and data entry. In such a high-volume and fast-paced role, the finance manager will expect the function to be completed in an accurate and timely manner, with a high level of accuracy.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have proven experience operating as an Accounts Receivable or Reconciliations Officer within a medium to large sized company and have a high work ethic. Key skills will include:
Demonstrated experience in a high-volume role
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills, advanced skills in MS Excel
Well-developed communications
Strong data entry skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Exceptional customer service
