An opportunity has become available for a Full Time Bank Reconciliations/Accounts Receivable Officer to join our administration team. The successful candidate will become part of a 2-person team which handles the Accounts Receivable function and Bank Reconciliations for all of the dealerships in our group.
What you will be doing
These will include (but not limited to) the following:
- Processing all receipts for Trade Debtors and Vehicle Sales from bank statements in a timely manner daily.
- Correct allocation of all remaining entries from the bank statements
- Daily reconciliation of all bank statements for a multi-site business using multiple software products.
- Issue daily reports to managements and follow up on outstanding entries.
- Issue copy invoices to customers.
- Backup the senior Accounts Receivable Officer when absent in all areas of customer account management and maintenance.
- Ad hoc Accounts Receivable support and reconciliations as required.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Previous Bank Reconciliation & Accounts Receivable experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel and willing to adapt to multiple systems.
- Accurate data entry.
- Self-motivation and keen to learn.
- Enthusiastic and willing to help out whenever possible.
- High level organisational skills with an ability to prioritise.
