The position is responsible for a variety of records management functions within a small professional team. The position will manage the incoming and outgoing Council correspondence in both digital and paper formats, provide advice to internal and external stakeholders, preserve Council records through digitisation and records related projects, and ensure compliance with recordkeeping obligations under State legislation.
The successful candidate must be computer literate and experienced in using various software systems, the ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment with good interpersonal skills, maintain strict confidentiality, have strong attention to detail skill, and the ability to interpret information from a range of sources and authorities.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $57,405 gross per annum
+ 11% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
