We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented individual to join our Governance team. You will play a vital role in maintaining efficient records and Document Management, archives, and library services.
You will;
Provide administrator and archivist functions within the eDRMS (Objective), ensuring timely and efficient client-focused services.
Support record and Document Management through ongoing analysis, governance, and reporting.
Deliver education and awareness programs related to records and Document Management, archives, and library services.
Perform a document control function for the division, supporting controlled document review and update activities.
Identify and support business process improvements to enhance recordkeeping practices, Document Management, and archives.
Support effective information classification, handling, and privacy management practices.
Assist in the management of the records management systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
What you’ll bring
Ideally, you will hold a Diploma in Record or Information Management or have significant experience within a similar role.
You will also have;
Demonstrated experience in records/ document and broader information Management Support
Administrator experience in Objective or a similar eDRMS
Understanding of legislative requirements in relation to records/archive management
Experience in delivering training in records and Document Management
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
Ability to build strong working relationships and provide internal customer support
