About the Opportunity
Our Assistant Manager will report directly to the Outlet Manager, playing a pivotal role within our operations team. We are seeking a hospitality professional who can effectively support our management team in coordinating service across multiple outlets, ensuring strict adherence to OH&S policies and procedures, resolving customer complaints, and maintaining the highest quality standards of work.
As a leader, you will set the bar by demonstrating a genuine passion for hospitality and a drive to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients and guests. Your motivation, coupled with a strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude, will be essential for thriving in this role.
What you'll need to be successful
- Previous supervisor experience, preferable in a within the hotel industry
- Hands on experience with training, coaching, motivating and developing a large team
- Strong business acumen, time management and organisational skills
- Passion for the hospitality industry, demonstrated with sound product knowledge
- High grooming standards
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
