The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Proactively build and maintain employer relationships
- Take time to understand our employers' businesses, their employment needs and processes
- Engage job ready candidates to make the most of employment opportunities presented
- Match employers with the right candidates to achieve sustainable employment outcomes
- Achieve or exceed all KPIs and apply an outcome focused, high performance approach to the role
- Demonstrated experience cold calling and approaching potential clients
- Demonstrated success in proactive business development
- Time management and delivery of a high-quality service
- Advanced relationship management skills
- Demonstrated success in growing relationships from small beginnings
- Experience in a challenging KPI environment within a competitive industry
