This private Property Developer has built a solid name and reputation as being one of the most successful and awarded in Brisbane. They are best known for transforming a large part of the Newstead/Teneriffe precinct into luxury residential living and premium retail spaces, with a focus on some of the world’s best fitness/spa/wellness amenities.
The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who is seeking a new challenge into a hybrid role of both Property and Building Management. This person will manage a small portfolio of apartments, coupled with the additional Building Management responsibilities that come with a live-onsite position. The role will start as a standard Monday - Friday role with Saturday leasing roster rotation, and transition into a live-in role after a few months, once you are settled in the position. Some of the key tasks involve but won't be limited to:-
- All aspects of end to end portfolio Property Management of 120 apartments
- Conduct tenancy inspections and reports as required
- Complete periodic maintenance performance reporting
- Coordinate contractors, general repairs and maintenance working as required
- Identify and ensure all defects are resolved within agreed time frames
- Handle out of hours emergency calls/maintenance as required
- Monitor the car park and other common areas including gym and pool
- Attend Body Corporate meetings where required
- Conduct daily walk-through of building, ensuring the building is maintained to the highest of standards
- Trust Accounting of your own portfolio, including daily reconciliation, mid and end of month procedures using Property Me software
- Daily lunches and coffee paid for and provided

- Luxury apartment within the complex included in package (up to an agreed value)
- MUST have experience in residential portfolio Property Management to be considered (Building Management experience also would be advantageous)
- QLD Certificate of Registration / Full Real Estate License
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders including residents, contractors and body corporate and the internal team
- Highly professional conduct and presentation
