The Role:
You will provide high level personal and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all facets of their day. Your role will include:
- High level diary management.
- Providing general personal assistant support to the managing director.
- Coordinating client and developer meetings, events and functions.
- Tracking daily/weekly workflow to ensure smooth and efficient running of tasks.
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Liaising between sales, marketing and administration teams.
- Other administrative duties as required.
- Proven experience in an EA/PA position (real estate/property sector preferred).
- Extremely high attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong understanding and proficiency in all microsoft office programs.
- Ability to forward think, plan ahead and multitask.
- A proactive self starter who can work autonomously.
- Strong communication skills and immaculate presentation.
- Ability to problem solve.
