Our Client is looking to expand their team within Strata Management to include individuals who will offer quality services on behalf of property owners. With a Training Program on offer to support you from start to finish, your new employer will support you whilst striving towards succession which will result in a full Strata License Qualification.
Working within an established team of Strata Managers, you will be responsible for a variety of responsibilities which include project management, meeting facilitation, trades coordination and general compliance administration to support all of those actions. You will rely upon strong communication skills and your commitment in achieving the best outcome for all parties.
Essential:
- A solid work history with Administration based responsibilities
- A willingness to undertake necessary studies to support success
- Current drivers license and transportation
- Professional communication skills both written and verbal
- Computer savvy with the capacity to learn systems
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
