We are looking for an individual who is keen to develop their professional, communication and commercial skills and will represent the company, manage and deliver recruitment projects & events staff to our key partnership accounts, provide operational support and write reports. The key attributes that we are looking for are; confident, self-motivated, intelligent, determined, entrepreneurial and ambitious individuals. You will have already demonstrated strong drive and determination in your life - the only things we cannot train!
You will have strong communication skills, the ability to build relationships with a variety of people and have aspirations to work autonomously & build a long term career with McArthur. You will work as part of a target driven, operations team involved in managing client requests for events nd project staff, running inductions coordinating compliance, administration and reporting.
