Recruitment Administrator – Full Time Fixed Term 2 Month Project

The Recruitment Administrator will work closely with the HR team, undertaking administrative and support duties to assist in the efficient running of our recruitment process.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication and maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments to identify potential matches for open positions.
- Reference checking and conducting other employment checks as required.
- Undertaking general admin and recruitment support duties as required.
