Due to recent business growth, we are now seeking a Recruitment Administrator to become an integral member of a highly successful and very busy team of professional recruiters. You will be critical in providing support ensuring the ongoing success of the team. This is an exceptional opportunity to further develop and/or continue to build your career in recruitment. You will be instrumental in the delivery of quality outcomes and experiences for our clients and candidates, whilst streamlining existing processes and functions.
Ideally you will have:
- Outstanding administrative and IT skills

- The ability to build strong relationships with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds

Your responsibilities will include:
- The preparation and issuing employment contracts, on-boarding documentation and OH&S inductions in conjunction with the recruitment team
- Liaising with candidates regarding new starter information, including payroll documentation
- Working with internal and external customers ensuring a high level of compliance in line with our ISO accredited business practices.
- The preparation of weekly and monthly reports and budgets across different business lines
