Pivotal role for an ambitious HR Administrator to join our team with a particular focus on recruitment, training and reporting across our AU and NZ operations.

Working closely with the General manager, People Partner and Talent Acquisition team, we’re looking for someone with strong administrative and reporting skills, to deliver services across our HR function.
About the role:
- Respond to HR enquiries to action or appropriately redirect all incoming items.
- Ensure high quality data input by carefully creating all employee records in the HRIS, including employee setup, onboarding, compensation profiling, employee movements and separations.
- Maintain accurate up to date employee files on the appropriate systems.
- Prepare and distribute Human Resource reports as required.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team associated with all generalist human resource functions.
- Maintain site contact lists.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a healthy safe working environment.
About you:
- Previous administration experience.
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field (desirable)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong planning, time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive material.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Ability to engage and build relationships at all levels within the business.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
