About the Role

Your role will be to support the placement activities and logistical requirements for our team of recruitment consultants. With your primary focus on our Nurses division, you will work closely with the consultants to ensure their doctors are fully credentialed prior to placement and that necessary travel arrangements are in place to get the doctor to their placement on time.

Key responsibilities -

  • Ensuring all Nurses are fully credentialed for all hospital specific documentation prior to their locum commencing including prefilling paperwork, reviewing current documentation, and assessing immunisation records.
  • Organising flights, accommodation, hire cars and other travel requirements per placement
  • Liaising between Medical Facilities, doctors, and internal Consultants to ensure all parties are kept in the loop about their placement
  • Preparing invoicing reports, receiving timesheets and invoices from doctors, and confirming with Medical Admin that all records are correct
  • Sending reminders for any overdue invoices
  • Lodging and following up on Medicare Applications on behalf of our doctors
  • Formatting CVs and preparing documentation

About You

You are a practised administrator with an exceptional ability to prioritise, multitask, time manage and meet deadlines. Your communication skills are a key strength, alongside your attention to detail and proactivity.

You will have -

  • Prior experience in a high-volume administrative capacity (medical recruitment administration is highly regarded)
  • Advanced MS Office and technical troubleshooting abilities (experience with Xero or similar is favourable)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Exceptional time management and the natural ability to organise and prioritise to meet competing deadlines
  • An understanding of or general interest in the medical industry
