AddressTecside Group are currently seeking 3 Project Administrators for our clients in Sydney and Newcastle. These roles are within the Mining, Energy and Heavy Industries.
The opportunities include:
Project Administrator (Heavy Industry / Longwall)
- Permanent Position
- Based in Rutherford, NSW
- Base salary $80k + Super
Project Administrator (Mining)
- Minimum 12-month contract with opportunity for extension
- Based in Appin, NSW
- $50 per hour
Project Administrator (Energy / Gas Services)
- 6-month contract with multiple opportunities for extension
- Based in Macquarie Park, Sydney
- $50 per hour

Duties and responsibilities
- Support the Program / Project Managers with project related administrative tasks.
- Maintenance of project tools - updating milestones, checklists and documentation to support the project phases.
- Finance management - month end reporting, assist Project Managers with monthly forecast preparation, purchase order management & invoice processing.
- Assist with gathering data and conducting analysis for preparation of business cases.
- Administration support - capture and distribute meeting minutes and actions, prepare communications, follow up stakeholders and project team members on outstanding actions.
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in similar roles.
- Relevant industry experience in Mining, Construction, Heavy Industry or Energy Services.
- Exceptional time management skills.
- Well organised with strong attention to detail.
- Must be located within Australia, have full working rights and be able to reliably commute to the work locations.
