Your new roleThis exciting new role will work close alongside a professional and dynamic team of recruiters. You will take part in and support in the attraction and recruitment of suitable candidates and implement companywide recruitment initiatives that assist with building a sustainable workforce.

Tasks & Responsibilities- Ensure Recruitment Email Inbox queries and associated tasks are answered and completed in a timely manner
- Co-ordinate the recruitment process for assigned roles
- Answer candidate and Centurion stakeholder queries
- Ensure the required documentation and information is inputted into Centurion Connect and the required documentation is saved on relevant HR files
- Communicate regularly and maintain relationships with talent pools
- Maintain Position Description Library to ensure they are up to date
- Assist the HR team with updating and maintaining relevant policies and procedures
- Adhoc recruitment and human resources administration tasks, as requested
Who we are looking for- Relevant experience in an administrative role, ideally within recruitment
- Previous experience within the Transport & Logistics industry (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification or diploma in relevant discipline desirable or industry experience
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow policies and procedures
- Sound analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve problems
