- A minimum 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment providing high-level support to internal stakeholders and external candidates
- You will be an expert sourcer who likes to cast the net far and wide, using various sources to hire (LinkedIn Recruiter, Referrals, Seek talent search etc.)
- Highly collaborative and adept at building rapport with leaders, candidates, and colleagues
- You are a natural communicator, a multi-tasker with strong planning skills
- You are results driven and passionate about people, and developing purposeful relationships
- Background in recruiting technical or engineering related roles is desirable
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is desirable
