About the role
The Recruitment & Engagement Coordinator is a valuable member of the People and Culture Team and plays an instrumental role in discovering, attracting and recruiting candidates to various employment opportunities within Westhaven.
Key responsibilities
You will focus on the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, adding value through the delivery of strategic talent sourcing initiatives whilst supporting a positive and seamless candidate experience. You will assist the P&C team with employee engagement plans and goals.
