Your impact, where you’re really needed.As our highly valued Workforce Engagement Coordinator, you’ll use your demonstrated experience and understanding of commissioning and contract management to lead projects that aim to address workforce issues in South Western Sydney.
You’ll make an impact at scale by:
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align operational implementation with strategic planning.
- Capacity Building & Commissioning: Focus on enhancing workforce capabilities and commissioning services that meet workforce stream objectives.
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Conduct thorough monitoring and evaluation of services to ensure they meet specified objectives.
- Project Management: Lead and manage special projects and initiatives within general practice and allied health, including primary care support.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Demonstrated experience working in the primary healthcare industry, including working with General Practitioners (GPs) and or Allied Health.
- Experience working with culturally diverse groups.
- Demonstrated experience and/or an understanding of commissioning and contract management.
- Ability to lead a project including development of business case, program planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
- High level interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to consult, liaise, negotiate, and work collaboratively across a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level organisational skills including the capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a small team and collaborate with other internal portfolios.
