We partner closely with our University stakeholders to deliver talent resourcing solutions in line with best practice methodologies, policies and processes to support University-wide recruitment activity. About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated, team-centric Recruitment Assistant to join our team! This position is critical in supporting the recruitment function and key duties include:
Coordinating interviews
Conducting reference checks (verbal and written)
Preparing candidate packages to send to selection panels
Managing the Honorary appointments (these are non-paid, affiliate appointments between the University and leaders and members of academia, research, professions, business, industry, community, and the public sector, within Australia and overseas)
Reports and expense reconciliation
Other ad-hoc administrative support as required
About You
We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals with strong administration and computer literacy skills to support the recruitment team. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and use your prioritisation and time management skills to keep abreast of a variety of tasks. Importantly, you will have well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels. Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 3 - $79,528 to $86,723 p.a.
