SMA Australia Pty Ltd is looking for a Recruitment Consultant who will be partnering with hiring managers to deliver solutions in line with business and organisational strategy to source and fill open positions. The position is based in North Sydney and offers an annual salary between $85,000 - $105,000.
The tasks of this role include the following:
• Partner with SMA business leaders on their recruitment needs and provide solutions to identify high quality talent.
• Manage and interview applicants for suitability
• Provide advice to hiring managers and HR to understand current and future talent needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Strategic sourcing, talent pool building on various channels including LinkedIn, Seek, job boards and social media to deliver the best recruitment outcomes.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System in the HR Information System.
• Working in conjunction with the HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to meet deadlines and targets.
Skills and experience required for the position:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment/HR positions
- Master's degree in Human Resource Management or similar
