As part of an exciting time in the development of the company, a position is currently available for aRecruitment Consultant to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar division. Located in the heart of Brisbane CBD.

Key responsibilities will include:
Business Development:

• Lead generation from candidate conversations, client interaction and references
• Cold calling
• Client visits
• Account management
• Entertaining existing clients
• Attending industry functions

Recruitment

• Fast-paced filling of blue-collar roles
• Marketing roles on job boards, via social media and text/email to database
• Collecting accurate documentation of work rights, high-risk licenses and qualifications
• OH&S checks and follow up calls

To be considered for the position you will have the following:

• Previous experience running a 360 degree recruitment desk in the blue collar industry
• Cold calling experience to generate business
• Attention to detail and ability to multi task
• Positive Attitude & Resilience
• Australian work rights and currently residing in Brisbane, Queensland
